EXECUTIVE COACHING SOLUTIONS

Nirvedha Coaches their Coachees passionately focused on their positive change.

Coaching

A small positive change in behavior can have a significant impact at all levels of management. From an organizational perspective, the fact that the executive is trying to change anything (and is being a role model for personal development) may be even more important than what the executive is seeking to improve. One key message we at Nirvedha give to every Leader that we coach is “Before helping others develop – you be the Change!”
People often ask, “Can executives change their behavior?” The answer is definitely yes. Coaching is all about helping successful Leaders to get better by bringing change in their behavior.

Our mission at Nirvedha is to help successful leaders achieve positive, long-term, measurable change in behavior. We rather than spending much energy trying to excite executives about coaching, we talk about something they are already excited about – results.

Mentoring

Mentorship is a vital component of professional development. Perhaps no business leader has reached success without the benefit of a mentor to guide him or her through the inevitable peaks and valleys of business.

The role of a mentor is to encourage the personal and professional development of a mentee through the sharing of knowledge, expertise and experience. The mentoring relationship is built on mutual trust, respect and communication, and involves both parties’ meeting regularly to exchange ideas, discuss progress and set goals for further development.

Nirvedha’s mentoring relationships have clearly defined rules of engagement. That means participants agree to a realistic schedule and, as much as possible, stick to an agenda when they meet. Participants will determine ahead of time:

  • How they will meet, whether in person, by phone, or through video conference.
  • How often they will meet, i.e. once a week, once a month, once a quarter.
  • How long meetings (and, for that matter, the mentoring relationship itself ) will last.
  • And what are the goals, and what will be discussed.

“At the end of an interaction, rather than rushing into the next thing, we just take a moment and ask, ‘Look, before you go, let me ask you: what was the most useful or most valuable here for you?”

Why Mentoring?

Mentoring, at its core, guarantees mentee that there is someone who cares about them, assures them they are not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges, and makes them feel like they matter. Research confirms that quality mentoring relationships have powerful positive effects on mentee in a variety of personal, academic, and professional situations. Ultimately, mentoring connects a mentee to personal growth and development, and social and economic opportunity. Yet one in three people will grow up without this critical asset.

Coach Consulting

Great execution takes place when success is defined with clear, tangible, measures that are based on results, and linked to rewards.

We stand side by side with Entrepreneurs, MSME’s and take a hands-on approach to implementation and execution. Our strategies and solutions are pragmatic and grounded in business reality. That’s because we are often called upon to implement our strategies and be judged on the results.

We work with MSME’s, Entrepreneurs on strategy, planning and problem solving, and helps clients develop business skills and knowledge. These topics range from designing a business model or marketing plan, to determining which marketing techniques to use and how to use them. We help clients learn how to plan and implement projects. We provide advice, teach skills, and brainstorm with the client to produce practical results and enhance strategic thinking.

We also help our clients to create success by focusing on personal development: time management, coming out from self-sabotaging behaviour (like procrastination and distraction), we help in finding clarity, decision making, and getting into action.
